聖荷西華人浸信會信奉並實行以下的信仰教義﹕
Community Baptist Church of San Jose (CBCSJ) believes and practices the following:
聖經：我們相信聖經是神所默示，絕對無誤，為信徒生活的最高並最終權威。（提摩太前書三：16-17)
Bible: We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God. It is without error and is the final authority in all matters pertaining to the Christian life. (1 Timothy 3:16-17)
神：我們相信聖經描述的神。祂自有永有，祂創造萬物， 祂是聖潔、公義並仁愛。（以弗所書四：5)
God: We believe in the God of the Bible. He is the great "I Am" who created all things. He is holy, righteous, and loving. (Ephesians 4:5)
耶穌基督：我們相信耶穌乃神的獨生兒子，由童貞女所生。祂是完全的神， 卻取了人的樣式。祂為我們的罪被釘死在十字架上，第三天從死裡復活。祂現在與神一起在天上，將來仍要重臨地上。（哥林多前書十五：3-5)
Jesus Christ: We believe Jesus is God's only Son, born of a virgin. He is fully God, and He took the form of a man. He died on the cross for our sin and was raised from the dead on the third day. He is now in Heaven and will someday return. (1 Corinthians 15:3-5)
聖靈：我們相信聖靈乃完全的神，祂使世人知罪。祂勸慰信徒， 付予其能力，並使之成聖。（約翰福音十四：15-17)
Holy Spirit: We believe the Holy Spirit is fully God. He convicts the world of sin and He works in lives of believers as a comforter, a sanctifier, and an enabler. (John 14:15-17)
救恩：我們相信救恩只有一個途徑，乃是相信並接受基督耶穌。（約翰福音三：16, 約翰福音十四：6, 提摩太前書二：5 )
Salvation: We believe salvation comes through only one way, through belief and trust in Jesus Christ and His work on the cross. (John 3:16, John 14:6, 1 Timothy 2:5)
浸禮與聖餐： 我們相信浸禮是神對歸信祂的人之要求及命令，藉此作為在人面前信心的見證。本教會施行全身浸入水中而復起的浸禮模式。我們相信凡接受耶穌基督為救主並已受浸的基督徒皆能參與主的聖餐。（羅馬書六：3-4，哥林多前書十一： 23-26）
Baptism & the Lord's Communion: We believe that it is God's command for all who believe in Christ to be baptized as a public testimony of their faith. The mode of baptism we practice is that of immersion. Our belief and practice is that, anyone who has put his/her faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and has been baptized, can participate in the Lord's Communion. (Romans 6:3-4, 1 Corinthians 11:23-26)
